Brigadeiro en Airfryer
The iconic Brazilian chocolate truffle made in the air fryer! Just 2 ingredients and 12 minutes. Rich, fudgy, and incredibly easy. A beloved Brazilian dessert simplified with air fryer technology.
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 tablespoons chocolate powder (cocoa or Nesquik)
- Chocolate sprinkles for coating
- Butter for greasing ramekins
- Grease ramekins or small oven-safe cups with butter.
- Mix condensed milk and chocolate powder thoroughly in the ramekins.
- Place in air fryer at 356°F (180°C) for 4 minutes.
- Open drawer and stir well with a spoon.
- Cook for another 4 minutes, stir again.
- Cook final 4 minutes (12 minutes total).
- Let cool until you can handle it.
- Roll into small balls and coat with chocolate sprinkles.
