Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Crispy, caramelized Brussels sprouts that even haters will love. The air fryer creates charred, nutty edges with tender centers. Toss with balsamic glaze and parmesan for an elevated side dish.
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup parmesan shaved
- Optional: crispy bacon bits
- Trim ends and halve Brussels sprouts.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place cut-side DOWN in air fryer basket for maximum caramelization.
- Cook at 375Β°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking at 8 minutes.
- They are done when deeply golden and crispy on edges.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Top with shaved parmesan and bacon bits.
- Serve immediately.
