Albóndigas Calabresas en Airfryer
Spicy Italian-style meatballs made with calabrese sausage. Crispy exterior with a juicy, seasoned interior. Perfect appetizer or pasta topping.
- 1 lb calabrese sausage (casing removed)
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese
- Remove sausage from casing, mix with ground beef.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, and pepper flakes.
- Form into 1.5-inch meatballs (about 18-20).
- Place in air fryer basket with space between.
- Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking once.
- Sprinkle with parmesan.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
