Piña Griega en Airfryer
Caramelized pineapple rings topped with cinnamon sugar and vanilla ice cream. A warm, tropical dessert that's ridiculously easy.
- 1 pineapple cored and sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- Vanilla ice cream
- Honey for drizzling
- Slice pineapple into 1/2 inch thick rings.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on both sides.
- Place in air fryer in single layer.
- Cook at 380°F for 8-10 minutes until caramelized and golden.
- Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream and honey drizzle.
