Air Fryer Zucchini Noodle Chips
Thin zucchini rounds baked until crispy. Low-carb snacking.
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper
- Slice zucchini into thin rounds (mandoline best).
- Pat dry, toss with olive oil.
- Arrange single layer.
- Cook at 375Β°F for 10-12 min until crispy edges.
- Sprinkle parmesan and herbs immediately.
