- For Chicken: 2 chicken breasts, paprika, garlic, lemon
- For Salmon: 2 fillets, Dijon mustard, dill, lemon zest
- For Egg Cups: 4 eggs, spinach, turkey breast, cherry tomatoes
- Common: olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs
- RECIPE 1 - Herb Chicken: Season breasts, cook at 375°F for 18 min.
- RECIPE 2 - Mustard Salmon: Brush with Dijon and dill, cook at 356°F for 12 min.
- RECIPE 3 - Protein Egg Cups: Fill muffin cups with egg mixture, cook at 340°F for 12 min.
- All three recipes can be prepped Sunday for the whole week.
