Buffalo Wings
The crispiest, most addictive buffalo wings you will ever make β and the secret ingredient is baking powder, not flour. Toss wings with baking powder and salt, then air fry at 400Β°F for 22 minutes. The baking powder draws out moisture and creates an incredibly crispy skin without any breading. Toss in classic buffalo sauce (hot sauce + melted butter) and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Game day perfection.
