Air Fryer Chicken Tenders
Crispy, crunchy chicken tenders better than any drive-through. Golden breaded coating with juicy, tender chicken inside. The air fryer makes them perfectly crispy with a fraction of the oil. Kids' absolute favorite.
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking spray
- Set up breading station: flour, eggs, seasoned panko.
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Mix panko with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each tender: flour β egg β panko. Press firmly.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil.
- Place tenders in single layer, spray tops with oil.
- Cook at 400Β°F for 5-6 minutes per side (10-12 total).
- Internal temp must reach 165Β°F.
- Serve with honey mustard, BBQ sauce, or ranch.
