Sobrecoxa de Frango na Airfryer
Incredibly juicy chicken thighs with impossibly crispy skin. The air fryer renders the fat perfectly, creating restaurant-quality chicken thighs every single time. A family dinner staple.
- 4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper
- Pat chicken thighs VERY dry with paper towels β this is crucial.
- Mix all spices together.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, then season generously with spice mix.
- Place skin-side UP in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 390Β°F for 25 minutes without flipping.
- Check that internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
- The skin should be deep golden and ultra crispy.
