Air Fryer Classic Smash Burger
Ultra-thin crispy smash burgers with caramelized edges. Better than any restaurant.
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Pickles and onion
- Salt and pepper
- Butter for buns
- Divide beef into 4 balls. Season with salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 400Β°F.
- Place balls in basket, smash flat with spatula.
- Cook 4 min, flip, add cheese, cook 4 more min.
- Toast buttered buns 2 min. Assemble.
