Nuggets de Peixe na Airfryer
Golden, crunchy fish nuggets that kids and adults love. Healthier than deep-fried with the same satisfying crunch. Better than any fast food.
- 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Tartar sauce for serving
- Cut fish into nugget-sized pieces (about 1x2 inches).
- Set up breading: flour, egg, seasoned panko.
- Dip fish in flour, then egg, then panko. Press firmly.
- Place in single layer in air fryer, spray with oil.
- Cook at 390°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping once at 6 min.
- Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
