Pão Francês na Airfryer
Fresh, crispy French bread rolls baked in the air fryer. Golden crust, soft interior — just like from a Brazilian padaria (bakery). Ready in 15 minutes from frozen or fresh dough.
- 6 frozen French bread rolls (or fresh dough)
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds optional
- Pinch of salt
- If using frozen rolls, let thaw 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Brush tops with beaten egg for golden color.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Place in air fryer with space between (don't let them touch).
- Cook at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until deep golden.
- Brush with melted butter immediately when done.
- Let cool 2 minutes before serving.
