Air Fryer Green Beans
Crispy, blistered green beans with garlic — just like your favorite Chinese restaurant. The high heat creates that signature charred, wrinkled texture with a snappy bite. Ready in 8 minutes.
- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Sesame seeds
- Trim ends of green beans.
- Toss with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Beans should be blistered with char spots.
- Toss with soy sauce and red pepper flakes.
- Top with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
