Kafta do Chef Airfryer
Authentic Middle Eastern kafta — seasoned ground beef and lamb on skewers, perfectly charred in the air fryer. Juicy, aromatic, and incredibly flavorful.
- 1 lb ground beef and lamb mix
- 1 medium onion finely grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp allspice
- Salt and pepper
- Pita bread and tahini for serving
- Grate onion and squeeze out excess water.
- Mix meat, onion, herbs, and spices. Knead well for 2 minutes.
- Refrigerate mixture 30 minutes.
- Shape onto skewers or form into long cylinders.
- Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
- Serve with warm pita, tahini, and fresh salad.
