Petit Gateau

Lava cakes with molten center.

• 120g chocolate
• 4 colheres de manteiga
• 2 ovos
• 2 gemas
• 1/4 xícara de açúcar
• 2 colheres de farinha

1. Melt chocolate + butter.
2. Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar.
3. Fold together + flour.
4. Greased ramekins.
5. 350°F 10 min.
