- 900g de picanha
- 2 colheres de sal grosso
- 1 colher de pimenta
- 1 colher de alho em pó
- 1 colher de azeite
- Score fat cap in crosshatch pattern.
- Season generously. Rest 30 min.
- Preheat to 400°F.
- Cook fat-side up 8 min.
- Rest 5 min, slice against grain.
