Shimeji na Airfryer
Delicate Japanese shimeji mushrooms roasted with garlic butter and soy sauce. A simple, elegant side dish ready in 10 minutes.
- 200g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions sliced
- Separate mushroom clusters and trim bases.
- Toss with melted butter and minced garlic.
- Spread in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375Β°F for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with soy sauce.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
