Air Fryer Carrots
Sweet, caramelized roasted carrots with crispy edges. The air fryer concentrates the natural sugars creating incredible sweetness. A beautiful, healthy side dish.
- 1 lb carrots peeled and cut into sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Peel carrots and cut into uniform sticks (1/2-inch thick).
- Toss with olive oil, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread in single layer in basket.
- Cook at 380Β°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking at 6 minutes.
- Carrots should be tender with caramelized edges.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
