Chips de Abóbora Provence na Airfryer
Paper-thin pumpkin chips seasoned with Provençal herbs. Crunchy, healthy, and absolutely addictive. A gourmet snack that's surprisingly easy to make.
- 1 small pumpkin or butternut squash
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Peel pumpkin and slice paper-thin (use a mandoline for best results).
- Toss slices with olive oil, herbes de Provence, salt, and garlic powder.
- Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket — DO NOT overlap.
- Cook at 375°F for 12-15 minutes, checking every 5 minutes.
- Remove chips as they turn golden (thinner ones cook faster).
- Season with extra salt while hot.
- Let cool completely — they crisp up as they cool.
