Batata Doce Rosti na Airfryer
Crispy sweet potato patties with a golden crust and soft interior. A healthier twist on the classic Swiss rosti.
- 2 large sweet potatoes grated
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt pepper nutmeg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sour cream for serving
- Grate sweet potatoes, squeeze out ALL excess moisture.
- Mix with egg, flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Form into patties about 3 inches wide, 1/2 inch thick.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Cook at 375Β°F for 18 minutes, flipping once at 10 min.
- Serve with sour cream and chives.
